YOE 14 years in tcs - Compensation very less than market. Having h1b but never travelled.
Management asked to take papers back and saying will send to US. What steps should I take, valuable advise will be appreciated.
Brother, just leave. They won’t do anything they promise. Even if you go abroad, unless you don’t change company, you won’t get much money. Also your promotions will be withheld in TCs once you are onsite.
There are many companies who will hire H1B holders and send them directly. TCS is now a cesspool of worthless managers and leaders who are only trying to keep their job save by stepping on others. No one gives a shit about loyalty anymore. Unless you don’t look out for you, no one will do it for you.
Will his h1b got cancelled? If he leave the company in india?
I don’t think it will get cancelled, but I am not sure 100%. Would be good to get a second opinion.
If H1B is there kerp in Know Me might be some project requirements is there and they will connect you ..
Trusting is big thing here . They will take U tern anytime . Analyse situation in ur project if thr is really some onsite requirements..

Bro, don’t believe they are just trying to get you stay, and later they say like budget not approved. I would suggest to look for other projects or other companies.
