Scalp pimples and hairfall

It's been 3 months since my scalp has red acne and pimples. Also hairfall.

I know it's because of the Bengaluru water. Whenever I'm in Pune or Indore or Delhi then my scalp is good and no hairfall.

How are you guys handling this? I need some good solution.
