Scaling from India to US
I'm part of an early stage b2b AI startup. I've spent the past year building a considerable customer base in the US only via cold email.
However lately with stricter email laws, it's getting tougher to scale this distribution channel.
I wanted to know if anyone has experience in scaling from India to US GTM ?
In my experience, performance marketing has burnt money without anything to show for it. My next bet would be customer referrals and events... although not sure how scalable.

Tried LinkedIn ads? InMails etc.?

I gave LinkedIn and Google Ads a shot, but they mostly just helped with brand awareness and didn’t really bring in any conversions. Since we were burning through pre-seed money at the time, it didn’t make much sense to keep them going, so I ended up stopping the campaigns.

I am surprised performance mktg didnt work for you. How much did you spend on Meta and Google Ads before you gave up? And was your campaign optimised to maximise leads or something else?
Stay away from Linkedin, Twitter and Reddit (mostly bot traffic). Email is best but I can understand the limitations.

Since this was very early and without major results we stopped at about the ₹3L mark. Most of our audience sits on LinkedIn and well, Google so that's where we spent it all. Do you recommend Meta for B2B ? Also, what's worked for you the most ?

For one product I consulted, Google worked wonders and for another, Meta. Meta does work for B2B as long as you are just running a leads campaign.
Also, when you say you stopped at 3L mark, what was the issue: Paid traffic not converting to signups or signups not converting down the funnel?
@PeterQuill can we connect over DM?
