Scaler , coding ninjas calls !!

Hello Guys , I’m getting to many calls and messages from Scaler and coding ninjas. They are asking to pay nearby 2 lakhs fees for placements in Product based companies.

Is it worth enough to pay 💰 them ?? Should I join ?

Ask them - Those who were made redundant recently at scaler, how they are placing them in product companies?

@MilestoneLoading . I am victim of that, I can directly say not to opt. I can explain you the reasons
The content they are offering is good, but you will get more content and more exposure if you explore things by yourself.
I am assuming that the reason you want to opt of this course might be you are not sure what to study, where to learn, or you want everyday motivation but trust me there are lot of communities who are preparing out there you can join in those free communities.
One more thing these companies will not allow you to sit for placements until you are not reaching certain criteria which is another bulshit to limit the learners to sit for placements they will raise the standards or passing criteria. After all this you don't know whether they will get you desired company even after working hard. I am working like anything spending time at least 7hrs per day on multiple concepts problem solving skills but. There are people like me who took this course, working hard by sacrificing lot of things but these edtech companies not able to bring top companies or not even referral to them. So work hard by yourself and make connections to get referrals..

Don't engage them. I once indulged them just to know details and had to finally beg 3 different sales folks to not call me anymore after a month of chasing me. Also their placement records are, not my opinion, just a heresay, not very original and quite inflated. So 2 lakh is probably going to go to water

There is no placement guarantee. Infact no one can guarantee.

Go through their curriculum, if you haven't learnt those topics so far, you may consider joining. Its worth.

If you are already good in DSA and can solve medium level problem, you can study remaining topics(LLD/HLD) by yourself.

No company can guarantee you placements. It all depends on how the market is and how well you end up doing during your interview process.

There a lot of youtube videos that you can watch and learn. Only thing that matters is if you are serious, and can actually spend some time learning the stuffs rather than just rote learning. Give it 2-3 months watch free videos, read books implement something work on a small project to gain practical knowledge and you will be alight. Number of youtube videos available for interview questions as well. Don’t fall into this trap of all these companies promising to place in manga fanga companies. They are making good money out of it. You can even learn a technology and then sell a course, its a great business these days.

Download the curriculum from some good courses and find the content on YouTube for free. Better use that money for something else, like a good resume with projects mentioning what work you did
