I always wonder who participate in these kind of survey??? In my whole life nobody have reached out to me for these kind of surveys. 🤬

Mhm sample size of 200 employees with high-paying jobs ?

I doubt PPL who r adjusted to spending more money n have a certain lifestyle r willing to switch to a low paying job for better health

Truth is completely opposite many high paying jobs may have better WLB due to better company policy

What people say is not what people do

my boss gave up his entire tech portfolio for some less critical projects and has gave up his promotion this year, all the sake for some piece of mind

True, responsibilities are one of the major reasons for the mental pressure and honestly I will not complain about a job that can fuck up my mental health for a better pay.

High pay and good WLB shouldn't be mutually exclusive.
