Could you give detailed context of each for those not familiar with the ecosystem?

- Blume- Known for writing reports on every topic, tier 1-2 investor. Writes small meaningful checks.
- Elevation- started as a PE, now a VC fund. Confusing DNA
- Tiger Global- YOLO capital
- Y Combinator- Represents Michael Sibel (writes really small checks)
- PeakXV- professionals who've been investing in the startup ecosystem, since the time startup as a word became famous
- Let's venture, 100x- they literally take away your company for $100k checks
- Lightspeed- Professionals, ex-operators running fund.
- Matrix- YOLO like tiger, but more thesis driven
- WTF fund- Nikhil Kamath's fund. Just entered the block, tiny checks in many many startups

Saare chomu hain. None of them are lead by ex founders or have made a business. They're like private equity ke vultures.

VCs don't need to be founders. Infact Ex-founder led funds are some of the worst

@PehchanKaun tu chomu hai - what is this unwarranted hate towards VC
They are literally putting in money to help get an idea and a vision to life - all investing is done basis what founder's pitch, woh log philanthropy nahi kar rahe. They are bankers who have an insanely high risk apetite and want to make a return on their money which they are obligated to return to their LPs

Ain't gonna lie looks just about right.

I'm so offended at representation of WTFund.
Why is it on point 😶

Haha why is this so accurate
