Depends, what are your other expenses? I mean, I live with my parents too, and I end up saving almost 100% of my income

I went on 3 trips. Well ya that’s what I wanted a check on yk if people manage to save almost all of it or not.

Hmm... Conventional wisdom says you should save 30 - 40%, assuming you have necessary expenses to meet
Considering you don't have any necessary expenses, you should technically be able to save more

I don't do solo travelling and I love travelling with my family (I'm weird, I know) I also don't really have a taste for luxury and am a miser by nature, so I have next to no expenses

Don't beat yourself too much on it, though, if this is your first job, it's okay to take a while to get a handle on your expenditure, especially if your circumstances allow it (having a decent family support)

<1yoe kids saving money these days 🫠 That’s an excellent rate. Enjoy yourself!

I barely saved anything beyond a “emergency fund” for first three years of career.
