It's high time for Big tech companies to open their branches in Tier-II cities actively, seeing the situation of major Tier-I cities. Infosys, Zoho are doing well in this path.

Decongestion of population
Reduced pollution.
Controlled cost of living
Development of small cities, so much migration of people.
