[Saturday overthinking] Is happiness a choice, or does it depend on circumstances?

most of people says you can choose happiness but many a times if you will think deeply it'll be just an act or just a situations which you'll be in. come out from that situation will you be same happy or will you start finding something else to keep you busy? something else to work on?

will you be happy if you'll be sitting alone in a room or at any place with nothing to do at all, not listening to anything, or seeing that beautiful scenery for your peace of mind? if you're happy in that moment, then yes, you can choose happiness else just circumstances.
