Currently, my ctc is 6.5 where 45k is variable. Currently in Kolkata.

I am offered a senior analyst role from Acc.... Offered ctc 9.68 where 8 is fixed and 1.68 is variable. Joining location Pune.

With 4 yoe, i am not excited for this offer and i dnt how should i negotiate. Please help.

Ask for Kolkata location. Out of 1.68 variable you will get maybe 40k. You can try taking the offer and grab other offers during the np

40k only🥲, i feel so demotivated. As my few friend from acc and they said this salary is for analyst role.
