Sap labs vs Service now

I am planning to switch from sap to snow, my current YOE is 6 years and i am working as a Full stack developer.

I want to know about the culture, perks amd benefits of snow.

Here in labs we have very good shuttle service, free food, flex point worth 30 thousand and cash rewards that can go upto 20k.

My main motive of switch is pay and hyderabad.
