SAP Labs vs Salesforce

I'm a Java backend developer and plan to stay on the individual contributor (IC) path long-term.

I'm looking for a role with a decent work-life balance, a positive company culture, and an interesting tech stack that offers sustained growth for a long-term IC. Compensation might not be the top priority currently and both are more or less of similar lines +- 10%. Also looking for some stability considering the current market scenarios.

Which company and role do you think is better for my career goals? Any insights into the work, culture, and growth in these specific teams would be a great help. Thanks!
