My friend was working in capgemini as a SAP Data Migration Consultant and has recently switched to accenture 2 months back with 100%hike from 4-8lpa. Today, he got a call from Syniti hr where he mentioned his expected CTC as 11lpa.As it’s a product based company shall he switch considering the hike and perks or stay in current organization as it’s too early to leave?
