SAP Analytics consultant vs SDE

I have 12 yoe in SAP reporting and cloud analytics but now growth is stagnant. Companies are not considering any CTC ask above 40 LPA. I have no issues in learning new technology, does this make sense if I start learning coding for SDE role? How difficult is it to get SDE role with good package. I have some past experience of c++,c#, java.
