Trending @Accenture; Sap Abap workload
Hi All Good morning ✨ I am from sap Abap development stream and currently working in same skill project But workload feels very high here.not just in this project but in last project also, sometimes it feels so heavy to learn something and build it.If I try to share with teammates,everyone is going through similar situation.But I see my friends from other technology,they will have good work life balance. I am just tired of the work and searching what to do everywhere. In my current project they haven’t given any hike as well, so feels very unmotivated to work. In this project it’s almost mandatory to work on weekends also work hrs during weekdays gets extended more due to complexity of the work.
Can anyone guide though this or provide your opinions what can be done I am getting thoughts like to resign or to get cross trained in other technology

Keep grinding, this weekend work shouldn't last forever. Since you're just starting out in SAP, try to soak up as much as you can right now. It sucks that things are dragging into your weekends, May be because of the functionals aren't being clear and you're stuck figuring out the design approach for the build without much techincal support from leads or peers, but that hands-on troubleshooting will actually make you a better consultant in the long run or if that is not the case with you then better to ask for perks and benefits for weekend works.
