SAP ABAP to Management or Non Tech.

I have 3 YOE as an SAP ABAP developer I no more like coding I think I am good at communication, management, planning etc.

Don’t suggest becoming functional consultant.

If anyone has transitioned from Development to management or non tech. please give suggest.
