SAP ABAP : Quick question

Hey folks, Quick question - which types of TCS accounts or projects usually have SAP ABAP work (ECC / S/4HANA, implementation, migration, or support)? Also, what’s the best way to move into SAP ABAP projects internally — IJP, practice change, or something else? Any pointers would help. Thanks!
