SAP ABAP developer with 8+ experience got offer of 21 LPA Fixed + 6.8 LPA as variable from Accenture for Career level 8. Is it a good offer?
I am SAP ABAP developer with 8+ experience and Masters from Australia in 2008. HR said because of my Masters I am being offered 1 years of additional Career benefit counting it as 9 years. My current Company package is 16 LPA (14.4 Fixed and 1.6 variable) that makes it 10% variable. However I was getting almost 90% of the variable pay. I started my career in 2008 and also had a Career break from 2014-2023. I started my career back again in 2023. Initial 6 months in a small company and last 2 years has been in one of the 4 largest IT companies. So looking at the entire scenario has I been made a good offer by Accenture?

According to you ABAP hana coding is easy and pays more or sdet or other developers please give guidance

Other sde don’t have capping of ctc you will get. Because it all depends where your logic and skills are used. In SAP as a technical person we have limit, but in other skills like mern, java, etc. we don’t have such restriction. But yes average and starting salary is generally same. I know abap, capm, rap, java, javascript. I am from tier 3 college. With other languages i am not able to get good pay, but with abap, rap, capm I am easily getting 20-25 lpa for 5 yoe.

In which stack you have 3 yoe? Abap only?
