Trending @Accenture; Sap a good domain or not?

Hi everyone, i have just completed 1 year at accenture, working in sap CPI domain from February, i just wanted to ask is it a good domain or i can see salaries are low in sap roles as compared to any development role. Although companies hires only consultant who have min(2-3 yoe). What salary can I expect after 10 yoe in SAP integration?
