Same Client after Leaving
If someone leaves TCS and joins another organization but continues to support the same client, will there be any issues?
Would be helpful if anyone can share their experience.
No issues bro. It is common even client insist to hire few people from old supplier

I joined same client in TCS
Usually all contracts have the restriction of joining each other company employee for atleast 6-12 months
Heyya depends on your Signing with TCS. Mostly the other organisation would have a way to bypass this clause.
Direct employment is usually recommended only after 2 years as there would be non compete clauses.
But if your organisation is assigning you to the client you can highlight to your present org. But mostly there wouldn't be much impact as your org and TCS don't have any signings so they can't hold it against you.
You can inform your employer and they will confirm on the same.
I have been kept away for 3 months from same client’s project by TCS.
Depending on customer to customer.
Not sure but I heard there must be one month gap to join the TCS client after leaving TCS.
