Salesforce Vs Simpplr
I recently joined Salesforce, and before that, I interviewed with Simpplr.
Now, SimppIr's HR says I can join them by resigning from Salesforce, offering a 12% salary increase over my Salesforce salary, remote work,and a better role.
I am confused right now. Appreciate if you share your thoughts. Is it ok to left company just after joining?
Salesforce me hi rho Bhai, ye Simp jaisi companies kabhi bhi layoff kar deti hai, someday you will will hear xyz laid off 60% of workforce! Yahi sab type ki companies hoti hai
Simpplr has a very bad work culture. My friends are there it really sucks. Plz don't go.
