Salesforce QA /Admin as career

Hi anyone here working as Salesforce QA ? Coming from a testing (tosca) background I want to upskill.

Is this a right career path? I hate coding. I have two options in mind 1.Devops with Multi cloud 2.Salesforce Admin and or QA

Which one is best and AI resistant for me career wise?
