Salesforce offer evaluation

I got an offer from Salesforce for SMTS. Fixed - 52 LPA Variable - 15% RSU - 14 LPA YoE - 10

My current CTC is 54 LPA. Hence my in-hand cash component is going to decrease. Though I would always prefer the WLB and stability of Salesforce. I had originally given for LMTS but system design didn't go well hence bumped down to SMTS.

My doubt is should I accept this offer or try after sometime for LMTS. Since I'm looking for something stable and a long term option. This would cap off after 4 years and Salesforce in general doesn't offer refreshers.

I have another offer with fixed 62 LPA and 11 LPA RSU. But Salesforce HR didn't negotiate further. Since both of them offer similar CTC, confused between both.
