I just got an offer from Salesforce. Help me evaluate if I’m being low balled and also how is the team culture?

I believe someone like you who is thinking about such a fantastic offer being low balled deserves to be laid off atleast once in the coming 1-2 yrs so that you can realize the value of that offer. Salesforce laid off more than 7000 employees this year and it would be great to see you in the future layoffs.

Ex-Myntra guy here. TBH, your Myntra base is low. But Myntra Max cap for sde-2 is around 40 and ESOP is good. Looks like you joined a long time back. The joining bonus and retention bonus should be there again The variable is low as well.
I'll suggest looking for more opportunities and try to negotiate so you can get a better offer. During this time and at the start of the first quarter work is less at Myntra. So you can use that time to prepare and give more interviews. Coming back to the Salesforce offer. It's a good offer in the current market situation but Salesforce over hiring again is more of a strategic one. So I won't suggest joining SF now. Depending upon at which stage you're currently in your life plan your next switch. I'm assuming you're a 2018 passout. Marriage must be on the cards as well if it does not happen already. Salesforce is good from the wlb front if that's what your Target is.

Well he is not a Salesforce developer. His offer is for a software developer at Salesforce. In case you misunderstood. Software developer and Salesforce developer are two very different roles

If what the op said in another comment is true and the equity is 20k usd and not inr, then his compensations is 77Lpa. This offer definitely doesn't seem like a lowball unless they have like 10+ years of experience or something.
