How are you feeling about Salesforce ecosystem ,it's it worth it in 2024? Also I feel like having 3 months of notice period is most of companies where Salesforce is used is too much what do you think? How much a dev getting paid with 4 YOE?

Yes if you like how sass or any product like that works , basically like other tech here you don't need to build most of things from scratch and you can utilise/have to learn a loft about out of the box things (basically it's like learning a very big tool). If you are comfortable with configurations then you can move in.
