Salesforce Devops Engineer / In Salesforce Domain/ Software Engineer or Developer

I recently completed my internship as a Salesforce Devops Intern and now offer a full time opportunity, i have accepted the offer as i don't have any other offer and as a fresher it is very difficult to take the job, now i am confused between should i stay in this Salesforce Domain or learn coding and DSA and within one year switch to a Software Engineer. I completed my BE in 2024(IT branch) Can anyone please suggest to me what to do with the reason. It will really help me to plan and structure my career.
