Salesforce Developer 0 job openings

Are people getting calls from naukri or any referrals or manual applications are getting considered for Salesforce developer position? I see random openings but even though job description matches, my profile won't be considered. Moreover, no single call from naukri since many months. Is anyone facing this? Are everyone on the same boat or is it only me?
