Sales targets getting crazier every year

every year my targets just keep going up n up n up. no matter how much i sell, next year they expect even more.

ngl, it’s stressing me out. i knw sales is tough but it’s like they dont get it’s not always possible to close HUGE deals every month.

how do you guys deal with this insane pressure?? feelin a bit lost n cud use some advice 🙏
