Sales Intern - Mumbai - Andheri East - 10 to 15K

Job description Role: Sales Intern

Tenure: 3 to 6 Months

Location: Andheri East (Mumbai) - Work from Office - 6 Days a week

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Stipend: 10 to 15k per month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

Manage inbound sales inquiries originating from Instagram via WhatsApp. Provide timely and professional responses to customer communications. Disseminate comprehensive information regarding available product offerings and service locations.

Customer Relationship Management:

Guide customers through the rental process, ensuring a seamless experience. Assist customers in the selection of appropriate products to meet their needs.

Operational Liaison:

Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and confirm delivery logistics.

Sales Performance Tracking:

Monitor weekly lead generation via WhatsApp, and track successful sales conversions.

Document Processing:

Manage document verification processes for rental agreements ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Process Analysis:

Identify areas for improvement within existing systems and propose solutions.

Customer Feedback Analysis:

Gather and analyze customer feedback following transactions to inform service improvements.
