My yearly package is 17 lakh i got 1 lakh and 10 thousand rs for 1 month,how much I will get veriable pay

@AlertBeech80 check how much is variable in the compensation letter. Divide by 4 which will the quarterly amount. You will get approx 30% of it.

Let's say your variable is 170000(10% of ctc) then 42500 quarterly and approx 30% of it will be 12750
