Salary upgrade for 4 years experience

If someone's experience is 4 years and current CTC 6lpa How much of a hike can they expect from an Indian MNC like infosys and TCS?

They will most probably lowball you with 8-9 LPA, include the variable and whatever you get doesn't make much of a difference from your current salary. So, try to get multiple offers to leverage and negotiate better. Also, try for other companies than WITCH.

I moved from TCS to CTS, with 4.2 yoe, from 4.4 to 10 lpa

15 lpa minimum, you can get even more with good counter offers. Try try try try try try try try try try until you get.
