Hi guys! Just wanted to ask what is the industry standard salary for someone who has 4 years of exp primarily working on backend stuff - java, spring boot and worked in azure cloud, devops and GenAI too.

I have been thinking about actual salaries too but learned that it is all up to you and the company to negotiate the salary. If you put yourself down, they will downplay you as well. Just think of a number and stick to it.
