So I earn, Role: SA YOE: 4 years TC: 25 LPA Fixed + 5 LPA Variable

Seems unrealistic. How you are SA with 4 YOE in Cognizant? Also, CTS doesn't really pay 30 LPA for 4 YOE unless you are from Harward University
