Salary suspension in TCS
Hi, any got salary suspension because you have not attended the drive they arranged ?
Yes it happens only if you aren't reporting regularly or not doing the same for the entire month (leading to HR intervention who will force for the same by putting entire month as leave and RMG consent for LERF to reinstate ur access)or else not attending the drives scheduled by the RMG department of your location..
But there was no warning before suspension they directly suspended that
I got mail stating that if you don't attend drives or if you don't report to RMG your salary will be suspended with immediate effect and the same day I got a project I confirmed the HR and RMG over the mail regarding this but didn't reply they said they just said okay
