
Salary Suspended by HR
Is any one’s salary suspended and access revoked and a HR meeting scheduled can anyone gone through this process please ping me to understand what the hell is going on that too near month end how do we survive with EMIS rent’s and all .. what the culture TCS driving not even a common Sense they don’t have by thinking how an employee can survive with out all these .. are the TCS managing blinded TCS sons gone crazy just by seeing all these any Ethics they follow atleast .. immediate after Ratan Sir died they started all these .. are they waiting for all these to get done ? What the hell the central Government doing can’t we get a justice ?

HR can't suspend salary without proper artifact & reason. You're not telling us your miss

I think this guy is unallocated and didn't get any project so HR scheduled a meeting for the last discussion after that he will be fired.
So before firing he is in a panic situation which is understandable so please look for a job outside. With a 100% hike.
If you have skill then you can get a good hike so no need to worry and if you are not skilled enough then you need to upgrade yourself.
Most people who don't panic are sure that they can get a job in the market easily. Otherwise people panic because they have not upgraded themselves.

Yes even I was unallocated for a whole month but my paycheck came as i went almost everyday to meet rmg ppl and then reporting daily and doing 9 hrs on each day
There are rules which have to be followed ; otherwise they will do everything in their power to stop access, salary etc

Reporting maintaining hours all are in place and I am doing all of these still I am in this situation .. I am just conveying the honest situation I am having to know if anyone else have same so that I can get some idea .. I am not in assumption like you guys doing with no idea ..

What is your
- WFO %?
- How much time do you spend in office ? Is it >5 hours in average for each month from July to September?
- Are you interested bench? And RMG/HR asked you to meet but you delayed or ignored earlier?

Please tell full story. Without any reason HR can't suspend Salary. Let's assume even if HR has suspended it then they need to submit artifacts for the same against you. Either you are not saying the full story or you don't have any clue what's happening
Also when you say about surviving with emi, rent and near month end, are you just ranting out your anger?
Times like these where layoffs are happening, financial preparation for 3-6 months should be ready.

It’s a common sense and definitely an anger .. you should not ask such question anger it not .. and I am saying people who all having same issue they don’t have any idea why and all unless they meet HR .. and Should be ready from where will you deposit or what .. with out knowing the individuals perception you decide how much we need to get ready .. from where you want me to get prepared see I am not here to just argue with you .. if you not agree it’s because you have all areas so no need of any comment here

Was unallocated it’s been a month apart from that I don’t see any other compliance issues this unallocation also all of sudden got released from project 2 years in TCS waiting for HR meeting to understand why suspension and what the meeting is for .. that is why posted to understand anyone gone through this to understand ..

To all I was asked to resigned as part of company restructuring. Compliance to all but still not considered just because of 1 c band I assume . A lot of people spoke here as no clarity but they haven’t given any clarity forced to resign or they mentioned they will terminate .. asked to meet HR and my phone was to turn off and informed to think 3 minutes to resign.. THE end.

They will give you one month salary gross and will tell you to resign
