9 Years Accenture Experience with 15LPA fixed working in RPA with good work life balance . Am I underpaid or shall I look for other opportunities?
The answer isnt straight forward. Good to consider below points: Tech, project, location etc. Noida people gets below avg packages were as bangalore people will all same parameters get way more.
SE in My team from Mumbai/Bangalore are getting >1.5x as compared to SE in Noida where as credential of noida guy is comparatively better.
Woah, time to shift to south i guess then, but wait then i need to learn 'xyz' language specific to the location otherwise harassment 😟😔😞.

If you ask about money yes little low but if u ask about real wealth you are highly paid
