Salary Structure in Tcs

I have been selected in TCS walk in drive and had hr call too. Given the offer for 12 lpa but I asked for 13 lpa which is 44 percent of hike. So if they do not agree for 13 and give the offer for 12 lpa then what amount i can expect as in hand ?
