What wil be the salary structure of lateral entry candidate after first appraisal ,will the retention bonus be added as salary component?

After completion of 1 year in nov 2023 as lateral entry I received retention bonus ,after the appraisal in 2024 March/April will my salary structure be changed or I will receive retention bonus after completion of 2nd year too?
