We will be having bonus for every quarter at Infosys right. Do we have to consider it as variable pay? What we have to answer when other recruiter asked about fixed CTC and variable pay?

Yes it's variable pay as bonus ...tell your ctc or can tell x fixed and y variable or ctc with z% variable
