Current Fixed 22LPA. Completed one year as Scon. IIT IIM Total exp: 3 yrs
College passout working in the strategy consulting to consult people who are woking for more than 20-25 yrs in that domain just to show them fake research copied from google and chat gpt and you think you are underpaid, seriously !!
Haha. Thats one way of looking but if it was that obvious why do companies still prefer Consultants and pay in multi crores.
It is not necessary that someone who has 20-25 yrs experience can’t be taught something that they dont know. In my case itself, I have advised clients on how they could implement bots and RPA solutions and save a million per year. What makes Consultants standout is they can help you bring solutions from multiple industries, peers at less than 1/4th of time.
Fake research doesn’t happen, maybe some facts are extrapolated or nuances are hidden but in many cases lots of primary research also happens to validate secondary research. Hope this clarifies.
Isnt this very less. I heard average placements at IITs were 20-30 lacs. And you have IIM degree as well. Whats the catch here?
Haha. When people say average salary at IIT IIM is ~25-30Lpa. Those actually include fixed, joining bonus, ESOPs, variable pay etc. Many components of the above will not be applicable from year 2. In my case alone my year 1 was 22 year 2 was 21 😂
so when I say 22LPA i am just focusing on fixed pay.
You are partly right as well many people are earning over 30LPA as well but that is because people would have switched or are part of MBB
