Hello All,
My manager has revised my salary based on my performance and my request, and I have received the official revision letter. With the year-end evaluation approaching, I would like to clarify whether I am also eligible for the rating-based salary hike.
I believe the performance rating hike and the recent salary revision are two separate processes. Could someone please confirm this?

Will share my colleague experience...she got retention hike ...so didn't get rating related hike....I don't know if it is bcoz of any restriction likelike max possible this much percentage in a year or so...
Also did u resign to get this revision hike or just informed manager and they initiated??

Yearly hike is different than revision … you should get hike

Actually the thing is that I was asked for salary revision 4-5 months back. And they processed it now. So, who will going to take this credit.
Even if they do not provide revision, i would get the year hike right. So, what they did? They did nothing then🥺.
Now they will take credit as we have revised your salary, but the thing is everyone gets hike based on their rating for this year.

Mostly you wont receive the hike since you have already received the letter
