Salary Revision HCL

Yesterday I raised compensation concerns for my salary and had a discussion today with HR for salary revision as the provided salary package in the offer letter does not match my expectations. So after discussion today, HR has quoted my expected salary package and will send it to Management for approval. HR was saying that he is 100% sure that management will reject the quoted package. I want to know when I can get the revised offer letter and also what are the chances that Management will approve this quoted salary package? Looking forward to a response from you all.
