Hi, I feel that my compensation/salary package is not as per the industry standard and I am working in Wipro since 2015. Can anyone guide me whom to ask for salary revision? I am still in B2 band 🤐
Speak to your L1 manager, I have myself recommended people for band promotion, so that people who were reporting to me were promoted. Your L1 manager will speak to his L1 manager for the same during cycle
I have been asking for the promotion - the response is like you have not contributed to the practice - so no promotion. Can anyone tell when to work when I am in 100% project demanding role 🤐🤐🤐
Yeah, This is a common problem. There are some people in the mgmt team asking what you achieved against your un realistic G and O.
better to search other opportunities.
Time to switch. B3 at 35 lpa. 3 years is ideal time to switch in India
Have an offer in hand. Put down the papers. Compare that B2 salary to one of your peers ask for something above it to keep you and if at all possible push up a band. Otherwise you'll anyways have a place to go if you don't want to stay here
According band condition after 1.5years you can apply for promotion right then ur band change to b3. You need to get in touch with manager . But for project stream max 20% hike will be there. it's waste only and responsibilities will be doubled.better to look outside opportunities.
