Salary revision
Hi, under what all circumstances does TCS offer salary revision for existing associates. If we don't have counter offer/negotiate, but genuinely ask for normalization to meet somewhat to the market standards, how is this request treated ?
Context: a 10+ yr C3A associate, with no history of C bands or any black marks
Should to revise salary for such employees, leaving the company is not proper sollusion, what is the value of his loyalty to the company..and passion..
It won't happen. Dont keep hoping for it even if your manager or higher up says so. Upskill and get an offer if you feel you're underpaid.
TCS typically revises salaries for critical resources or those with counteroffers. Without these, it's tough. Performance and tenure matter, but market normalization requests are rarely entertained.
