Hi Folks,

I joined Infosys in December 2024 and received a Commendable performance rating. Could you please let me know if I am eligible for a salary hike? If yes, what would be the expected percentage? Additionally, I would like to understand whether this rating impacts the performance variable or bonus payout, and what percentage I might expect based on this rating. Unit - ENG(IOT)

Eligibility criteria for this year hike will be rolled out eventually. In past recently joined folks were excluded the timeline depends every year

Variable depends on company performance they have not increased the growth guidance so cannot expect increase
