Salary review

I passed out from college in 2023 from 3rd Gen IIT. Working as sde 1 in zomato with 1 Year experience. Please review my salary and offer some advice of how can I grow from here when should I look to switch etc. i already have switched once, worked at a big fintech for a 1 year then switched here recently.
