Salary restructure
Can I discuss salary restructure with manager as I have too low salary package? I am dedicated resource . I have 1 offer in hand but I will not join . Can I ask manager , I have 1 offer in hand , can you please restructure my package?
Better move out if your less than 10yr exp

In current scenario nothing will happen. Better look for opportunities out side tcs. Why are you wasting your time here.
Only if you put paper and you are key resource then only they may consider but it will not be offer match. Max it will be 15-20% hike. My suggestion is to put paper and start searching for better options
Only way to get better salary in TCS is with wings that also lot of issues now
Manager can do or its depend only on HR ?
