Trending @Accenture; Salary related issue

Due to bank account issue my salary got rejected. I got mail next day to give a new account by 5th so they will release it by 8th. After several follow ups, they mailed yesterday on 8th, that they will be realising it today. They didn't. I followed up again. Even today after several follow ups, I got a reply at 12 am that due to some technical issues, it couldn't be released yesterday. It ll be done today. It's been five hours now. Nothing.

What am I supposed to do. HR support doesn't deal with payroll. They will ask me to raise a ticket. Which I did. They said it will be resolved before the 9th.

I will be evicted if I can pay my rent today. What is this bs?
