Salary Reduction in July 2024

Hello, Good Morning... Actually from April to mid June I'm doing WFH due to health conditions (Suffering from 2nd level of Jaundice). During my WFH I totally give 100% output. I also sent all documents to HR and my management team but they didn't get any approval. June 1st week my manager suddenly called me and said after March 2024 TCS is not allowed WFH due to a change in policy. And I joined the office at the end of June and continuously followed HR but he always told me your request was gone to the TCS doctor. But in July month my total performance bonus and after 1 year completion bonus is maximum 70% reduced from my salary. Please suggest what I can do. Thank you.
