Salary reduced in the name of Arrears

Guys,

In my payslip for this month, few components have negative entries like hra, basic salary, personal allowance etc. They reduced these components it seems. Can anybody confirm why so!

U forgot to cancel the timesheet leaves for previous month, that’s why. Same happened with me. Asked HR to cancel those leaves by 10 jan so that the deducted amount gets refunded in Jan-25 salary

Actually I had leave without pay for 10 days last month. Earlier i thought that much salary must have been deducted this time. But then I noticed the no of days paid is still 31. So now sure that leave without pay is not yet adjusted. That's why tensed.
